We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email: Kaycee@gravitygroup.net and provide details of the product and the defect. You will be contacted with the necessary steps needed to submit a warranty claim.
Within a reasonable period of time, whether or not you are entitled to a replacement or store credit as a result of the defect you will be notified. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or issue a store credit for the original purchase price.
